What inseam length does Peter Millar offer?
  • The standard inseam length for our mens pants is 34” unless otherwise noted. 
  • The standard inseam length for our mens shorts/swim trunks in between 8”-10” (Please see Item Details for reference).
  • The standard inseam length for our womens pants is 27.5”.
  • The standard inseam length for our womens skorts is 18”.
Where do I find the Style Number?

The style number can be found, together with care instructions, on the inside of the garment. It typically starts with "M" for men's products. eg. ME0EK01 or an "L" for ladies. eg. LE0B46. 

Please note that the number found at the top of the garment on the flip side of the tag that displays the country of origin (eg. Made in Turkey) is not the style number. eg. rn100308.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I start a return?

Start your return by contacting sales@petermillar.ca.

We would like for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items purchased from petermillar.ca that are in new condition with original tags. Items eligible for returns cannot be washed, worn or altered.

What is the return policy?

Peter Millar would like for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items that are in new condition with original tags. Return items cannot be washed, worn or altered. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers. 

Full-Price Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. 

Sale-Price Merchandise is RETURN ONLY and must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. 

Exchangeability: You may exchange a full-priced item for the same item/style number in a different colour and/or size only. Your exchange order will be processed as soon as your return package has been dropped off with the return carrier and scanned into their network. Please Note: If you need your exchange item expedited or need a different item/style number please process a return and place a new order. Exchange orders cannot be edited once submitted. 

E-Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash. 

Gifts With Purchase cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash. 

Return Postage: We provide a complimentary return shipping label for returns made within the 60 day window for regular price merchandise and 30 days for sale items. If an exception is made for a return outside the return window, the responsibility of the return shipping will be that of the customer.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Returned items typically take between 3-5 business days to be received after they have been mailed. Once we receive your return, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for us to process the return and issue an exchange or refund.  

  • Refunds should typically appear on your statement within 2 weeks after you mail your package back. If you haven't seen your credit appear after 2 weeks, please contact us at sales@petermillar.ca 
  • Your exchange will be initiated once your return package is scanned into the carrier network. You will receive an email with the new tracking information once it ships.

Exchanges

How do I start an exchange?

You may exchange an item for the same item/style number in a different color and/or size only. If you would like a different item/style number, please process as a return and place a new order for the desired item.

How do I return or exchange a gift?

If you would like to return or exchange a gift, please email our Customer Care team at sales@petermillar.ca.

Can I return or exchange an item purchased from a retail store?

Unfortunately, petermillar.ca is unable to accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers, golf shops or Peter Millar stores. Items must be returned or exchanged through the original place of purchase.

Order Status

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We strive to fulfill and ship orders from our distribution centers as quickly as possible. For this reason, please carefully review your order before submitting. Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to process order cancelations, edits, or alterations.  If you have any questions, please contact our customer care team at sales@petermillar.ca.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders will be processed within 3 full business days of the order being placed. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. 

While we cannot guarantee an order modification, please e-mail our team at sales@petermillar.ca to request changes. 

Standard Shipping orders will typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

Shipping

What if my items/package are lost or damaged?

If your tracking link is not reflecting updates or has stalled midflight, we recommend waiting up to 3 days to allow the carrier to update their systems. If you have still not noticed any updates after 3 days, please submit a claim with sales@petermillar.ca.

If your package has been marked delivered but you do not see your package, we recommend waiting up to 3 days and checking with neighbours or gatekeepers, if applicable, to ensure this package wasn't mis-delivered. If you have still not received your package after 3 days, please submit a claim sales@petermillar.ca.

How soon will my order arrive?

What are your shipping rates?

  • $15 Flat rate shipping on orders below $100

Will I be notified when my order ships? Yes! A shipping confirmation email with your carrier tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order as soon as the order ships.

How do I unsubscribe from your email list?

Open any Peter Millar email and scroll to the bottom. Click on the “Unsubscribe” link and it will redirect you to a web page where you can request to unsubscribe from our promotional emails in the future.

You may also unsubscribe from our emails by logging in to your customer account and clicking on “Settings”. Scroll to “Email Preferences” at the bottom and click “Edit”. Deselect the box to stop receiving promotional emails, and click “Save Changes”.

How do I reset my account password?

To reset your Peter Millar account password please contact our Customer Care Team at sales@petermillar.ca.

How do I login to my account?

To log in to your petermillar.ca account, select "person" in the upper right hand corner of the website. From here, you will be prompted to enter your email and password.
