To obtain the chest measurement, begin an inch below the armhole and measure around the circumference of the body covering the broadest part of the chest.

For arm length, locate the approximate point where the shoulder meets the arm. Measure from this point to the outside of your wrist bone.

To measure shoulder width, use the same starting point as arm length. Measure across the back from point to point, following the natural curve of the back, slightly above the top of the shoulder blades.
